We are at a tipping point when it comes to rethinking review and challenging its status as the most expensive phase of the EDRM. New developments in standard approaches are opening possibilities for a true paradigm shift: What if you only had to review a fraction of your documents and could accomplish your goals at a lower cost?

Relativity has just released Active Learning (“AL”) – their next generation technology assisted review application that simplifies the process of categorizing and prioritizing documents for review. We have had the privilege of piloting the system in Canada and through our initial testing, we believe Relativity's Active Learning is going to transform document review.
