ISO 9001:2008 is a series of voluntary international standards set out by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), a Geneva-based, worldwide federation of national standards bodies. By achieving this certification, Ricoh eDiscovery shows dedication to meeting set international standards of quality service, and to delivering reliable and defensible evidence management solutions.

With the accomplishment of the ISO 9001:2008 Certification, Ricoh eDiscovery continues our practice of placing high emphasis on client satisfaction. The ISO quality framework assures our Canadian and international clients that repeatable, defensible electronic discovery standards are in place at Ricoh eDiscovery and are adhered to on all projects.
