In August 2008, Ricoh eDiscovery in Canada joined an elite group of companies worldwide to have achieved the ISO 9001 certification. Today, we are ISO 9001:2015 certified and continue to be the only specialized eDiscovery provider in Canada to hold this distinction.

This includes a framework for companies to document, review and defend their processes on an ongoing basis, the success of which is measured through customer satisfaction.
