Reviewing Results from your Audit

ResultsThe eMSAT ratings are from 1-5, where 1 is "No Process, Reactive" and 5 is the most mature level “Actively Managed Process, Proactive”.

It is very important to remember that everyone’s requirements are different and that a higher rating is not always necessary. Evaluate your organization based on its size, goals and requirements, and seek assistance from other departments where required to get an accurate picture.

Give it a try...

Take a look inside the machine that is your work environment. Using the eMSAT, determine where you fit in terms of maturity and where you’d like to see improvements. You don’t need to complete every section to see results.  In fact, for the purpose of this exercise, try picking a single section where you regularly see issues and start there.

Once you analyze your processes and determine there is room for improvement, moving forward with actionable items gives you a chance to not only advance your organization, but to expand your knowledge and develop new skills.
