Hotel Packages Are Gone After August 31st, 2017.
Only a few weeks remain to book our Full Conference with Hotel Package for Technology in Practice 2017. After August 31st, the hotel package will no longer be available. Below we've compiled a list of FAQ's.
Why do you offer a conference and hotel package when most conference's just block rooms? Besides our highly educational content and amazing lineup of speakers, Technology in Practice is also known for providing unique and intimate networking opportunities to our guests, speakers and technology partners alike. This is why our Two-Day Full Conference with Hotel Package is the same rate as our regular priced Conference Only Package. In offering this, we are able to create a true community effect for attendees.
But I live in Toronto, why should I stay? We have a jam-packed schedule ahead of us and staying at the hotel makes it easier to get to the sessions and functions. Then it's just a quick trip back to your room for rest and relaxation. Beyond the convenience factor, our mission is to connect the eDiscovery community. Whether you're from out-of-town or a Toronto local, the opportunity to stay under one roof contributes to a truly exceptional conference experience.
What if I miss the deadline? After August 31st, you can still book your room directly through the Shangri-La Hotel at the conference group rate of $325/ night. Room block available until September 30th.
Why is the group rate $325/ night? That's expensive! We agree. That's why we are offering an all-inclusive conference hotel package that includes two-nights hotel all for only $1495 (+ tax), that's a $650 value. But only until August 31st.
