TORONTO, ON, CANADA – AUGUST 25, 2017 – COMMONWEALTH LEGAL, a division of Ricoh Canada and the Canadian leader in eDiscovery solutions, announced today that it has once again achieved its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management recertification. As trailblazers in the Canadian eDiscovery Market, Commonwealth Legal is the only ISO quality-certified eDiscovery service provider in Canada, and has been since 2008.

ISO 9001:2008 enables continuous improvement to quality management systems and processes at Commonwealth Legal.

ISO 9001 is a series of voluntary international standards set out by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), a Geneva-based, worldwide federation of national standards bodies. The ISO quality framework for electronic discovery assures that standards are in place and adhered to on all projects. By achieving this recertification, Commonwealth Legal demonstrates to clients around the globe its dedication to meeting these international standards of quality service, and its commitment to the delivery of reliable and defensible evidence management solutions.

"We are committed to our clients’ success, and to making our organization more efficient," says Chris Plauschinn, Senior Director, IT and ED Infrastructure at Commonwealth Legal. "For the past nine years, Commonwealth Legal has consistently upheld our ISO recertification to maintain high-quality service levels and drive continuous improvement in order to provide increasing value in our enterprise solutions."

By adhering to ISO Quality Management standards in the eDiscovery process, Commonwealth Legal proactively addresses and remediates issues at the root cause to eliminate recurrences. This practice differentiates their service levels and deliverables.
